Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior QA Program Manager for one of our clients to lead the quality strategy, validation, and control framework for major finance transformation programmes. You will oversee quality assurance across ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), process automation, and operating model redesigns to ensure transformed finance processes are accurate, compliant, and deliver business value.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive QA strategy and governance framework for large-scale finance transformations.
- Oversee testing strategies, including UAT and data migration testing for ERP systems.
- Proactively manage risks to financial reporting and ensure SOX compliance.
- Review and challenge new finance operating models to improve efficiency and system utilisation.
- Present quality metrics and analysis to senior stakeholders (CFO, CIO) and steering committees.
- Lead and mentor QA professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Who You Are
- 15–20 years of experience in finance transformation, ERP systems implementation, or financial controls consulting.
- Significant experience with IFRS 17 (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of finance operating models, month-end close processes, and shared service centres.
- Proven experience in UAT and data migration testing for financial systems.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) preferred.
- Background in professional services or large-scale corporate finance transformation.
