Assignment Description
Are you seeking an opportunity to shape AI-driven platforms and enterprise decisioning solutions in a strategic product leadership role? We are looking for a Lead Product Manager - Technical to help align business priorities with platform capabilities, support delivery roadmaps, and contribute to AI and decisioning initiatives. If you are interested in working across product, engineering, architecture, and business leadership while influencing priorities and delivery, this assignment offers an exciting opportunity to make impact.
Job Responsibilities
- Align platform roadmaps, releases, and priorities with business objectives
- Act as liaison across product, business, and technology stakeholders
- Define and prioritize initiatives, business cases, and delivery plans
- Support feasibility reviews, approvals, and work intake processes
- Contribute to Aha! roadmaps, epics, and PI planning activities
- Track delivery progress, risks, and value realization activities
- Support demos, UAT, and feedback-driven roadmap adjustments
- Maintain visibility into product demand and strategic objectives
- Participate in product councils and cross-functional planning forums
- Promote platform capabilities and support stakeholder alignment
- Mentor product managers and encourage best practices
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Leadership
- Experience with technical platforms in AI, data, or decisioning domains
- Understanding of APIs, microservices, cloud technologies, and data platforms
- Experience aligning technical capabilities with business objectives
- Experience working with engineering and cross-functional teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Leadership experience coaching or mentoring technical product managers
- Familiarity with Agile, PI Planning, Jira, and Aha!
- Interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI, decisioning, and data platforms
- Ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and business stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

- Valid work authorization in Ireland
