We are seeking a FAT Delivery Project Manager to lead on-site Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) with customer attendance. You’ll manage cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality, compliant customer experience, working closely with the IBS Project Manager, customers, and stakeholders across trade compliance, engineering, production, warehouse, service, and QA.
Before FAT: Coordinate equipment, resources, and issue resolution; oversee FAT setup, test procedures, and engineering alignment; ensure QA readiness and pre-FAT checks; manage export licences and approvals; arrange logistics (customer visits, rooms, hospitality); and engage with customers in advance.
During FAT: Lead on-site execution and customer hosting; manage issues in real time; ensure accurate testing and full completion; and secure customer sign-off while capturing and tracking all actions.
After FAT: Drive closure of follow-up actions; coordinate shipment readiness; manage quality findings and customer communication; and liaise with engineering and regulatory teams as needed. You will also continuously improve the FAT process, using feedback and lessons learned to enhance delivery.
Qualifications:
- Relevant industry experience in customer-facing project delivery (maritime experience and FAT exposure desirable)

- Strong communication skills and fluent English
- A proactive, structured, and solution-focused approach, with strong problem-solving ability and process mindset
