Are you a fully qualified electrician, competent in performing EICR inspections? If so, then we are looking for you! We are Spericle group of companies. Under our umbrella is an established property and lettings management company and a buildings and maintenance company. As well as maintaining and managing our current stock of properties we have exciting new building projects awaiting your expertise!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in accordance with current electrical codes and safety standards. The role ideally requires both residential and/or commercial experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the office and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently, on time and to budget.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Complete work reports, job sheets, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain tools and equipment.
