Overview
Are you a fully qualified electrician, competent in performing EICR inspections? If so, then we are looking for you!
We are Spericle, a group of companies. Under our umbrella is an established property and lettings management company and a buildings and maintenance company. As well as maintaining and managing our current stock of properties we have exciting new building projects awaiting your expertise!
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the office and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently, on time and to budget.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Complete work reports, job sheets, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Complete EICR inspections for company properties in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems, identifying potential electrical hazards and recommended solutions.
- Interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical diagrams to determine layout and installation procedures.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in buildings.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure installations are compliant with national and local electrical codes.
Qualifications
- Fully qualified electrician with City & Guilds Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent.
- At least 3+ years experience as a qualified electrician.
- Valid ECS/JIB Gold Card or equivalent.
- 2391 Testing and inspection qualification.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Certification (BS 7671) knowledge and experience.
- Proven experience in domestic, commercial, and/or industrial electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
