DUTIES
- Communicate with clients/product owners to clarify, analyze the business requirement
- Consult clients about system design to meet their expectations
- Discuss with the engineering team to make a proper design
- Write documents (project or product specifications, description, design, and analysis)
- Create mockup, prototype
- Support core development team to run unit & integration test
- Support clients to perform the UAT
Qualifications
- Good at logical thinking, problem-solving and possess strong analytical skills
- Can explain complicated things in a simple way
- Have an ownership mindset and be able to think from the client’s perspective
- Excellent command of English skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
- Have the ability to study and capture new business domains quickly.
- Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
- Having a basic understanding of database design is a plus
- Bachelor degree in IT, MIS, or related fields
