Steriliser Process Engineer Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. Must have experience in high volume manufacturing of products Reporting to the Warehouse & Sterilisation Leader, the Process Engineer will oversee engineering activities within the sterilisation team, ensuring equipment and processes run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain and optimise steriliser and autoclave equipment for safety and efficiency. * Support installation, modification, repair, and preventative maintenance. * Respond to breakdowns, minimise downtime, and ensure minimal process interruption. * Develop and manage project schedules, cost estimates, and process improvements. * Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and serve as a Radiological Protection Supervisor (RPS). * Identify cost reduction opportunities and enhance equipment performance. About You: * Degree/HNC in engineering with relevant experience; management qualifications are a plus. * Strong background in high-volume manufacturing, preferably medical devices. * Hands-on expertise in fault rectification, process innovation, and project management. * Knowledge of maintenance, quality control, and safety regulations. * Proven leadership skills and budget management experience
