Electrical Engineer

What you'll be doing: * Diagnosing and fixing electrical faults, keeping production running smoothly. * Programming, fault-finding, and optimising Siemens PLCs. * Supporting the wider team with mechanical maintenance when needed we believe in a multi-skilled approach! * Working on planned and reactive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximise efficiency. * Contributing to continuous improvement projects. The ingredients were looking for: * Qualified Electrical Engineer (NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent). * Experience with Siemens PLCs programming, troubleshooting, and fault-finding. * Familiar with process controls and instrumentation is a bonus. * A proactive approach with a willingness to support mechanical maintenance. * Experience in an FMCG/manufacturing environment is a big plus. * A positive, team-first attitude.
