What Youll Do: Develop and execute a Continuous Improvement Roadmap aligned with operational goals. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance performance and meet customer demand. Lead LEAN/process improvement workshops to generate ideas and solutions. Build relationships with operational teams to champion CI initiatives. Drive change initiatives from identification through to delivery, ensuring cost-saving targets are met. Set the agenda for Continuous Improvement across the site.
