What you'll be doing:
- Diagnosing and fixing electrical faults, keeping production running smoothly.
- Programming, fault-finding, and optimising Siemens PLCs.
- Supporting the wider team with mechanical maintenance when needed; we believe in a multi-skilled approach!
- Working on planned and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency.
- Contributing to continuous improvement projects.
The ingredients we're looking for:
- Qualified Electrical Engineer (NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent).
- Experience with Siemens PLCs programming, troubleshooting, and fault-finding.
- Familiar with process controls and instrumentation is a bonus.
