What you'll be doing:

  • Diagnosing and fixing electrical faults, keeping production running smoothly.
  • Programming, fault-finding, and optimising Siemens PLCs.
  • Supporting the wider team with mechanical maintenance when needed; we believe in a multi-skilled approach!
  • Working on planned and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement projects.

The ingredients we're looking for:

  • Qualified Electrical Engineer (NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent).
  • Experience with Siemens PLCs programming, troubleshooting, and fault-finding.
  • Familiar with process controls and instrumentation is a bonus.
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to support mechanical maintenance.
  • Experience in an FMCG/manufacturing environment is a big plus.
