Are you ready to make a real impact at a cutting-edge, highly automated site? We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead and implement our CI strategy, driving efficiency and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a Continuous Improvement Roadmap aligned with operational goals.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance performance and meet customer demand.
- Lead LEAN/process improvement workshops to generate ideas and solutions.
- Build relationships with operational teams to champion CI initiatives.
- Drive change initiatives from identification through to delivery, ensuring cost-saving targets are met.
- Set the agenda for Continuous Improvement across the site.
What We’re Looking For:
- Six Sigma qualification and experience with LEAN tools and systems.
- Strong numerical and IT skills (Microsoft Office).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional improvements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset and experience using root cause problem-solving tools.
