Develop and execute the UK partner strategy, from sourcing to activation and growth. Identify, recruit, and onboard priority partners; design scalable enablement and joint value propositions. Drive co‑selling and co‑marketing motions to build qualified pipeline and accelerate deals. Own partner performance: targets, forecasts, QBRs, incentives, and playbooks. Negotiate agreements and ensure compliance with legal, finance, and security requirements. Track and report partner KPIs; iterate on programs based on data and feedback.
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years in Partnerships/Business Development in B2B SaaS or fintech, with a proven track record in the UK territory
- Understanding of channel/alliances motions and an ability to build a strong network
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Data‑driven, structured, and comfortable owning targets end‑to‑end
- Strong, professional English level
- Proficient with CRM/PRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and partner performance analytics
