Join our team as a Marketing Operations Specialist, where you'll be instrumental in driving performance and growth marketing excellence. As a key player, you will challenge and support marketing teams to deliver exceptional results. Your role will be to strategically guide the team, acting as the go-to expert for all things growth and performance marketing, ensuring our marketing efforts are both innovative and effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Top of Funnel Process: Own lead routing and drive alignment on MQL definitions. Develop lead scoring models, marketing & sales playbooks, and KPIs.
- Data Enrichment & Quality: Improve data quality and consistency to support identifying priority segments.
- Segmentation: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer teams to implement customer segmentation and propensity-to-buy models to enhance GTM strategies.
- Customer Journey Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses to identify areas for improvement and investment, optimizing the customer experience.
- Metrics and Dashboards Management: Revamp current dashboards, phase out redundant ones, and establish a comprehensive marketing steering cockpit for real-time insights.
- Team Empowerment: Provide continuous strategic support and challenge the marketing organization to elevate performance and accountability.
- Campaign Oversight: Manage the deployment and optimization of marketing campaigns to align with strategic business goals.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze marketing data regularly to inform campaign performance and drive strategic pivots as needed.
- Technology Optimization: Oversee marketing technology stacks, ensuring efficient use of CRM systems and automation tools.
Key Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing operations or a similar role, ideally in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems (HubSpot, SFDC), and analytics platforms (Looker), with strong knowledge of integrations and APIs to improve data consistency and reporting.
- Excellent project management capabilities, adept at multitasking and meeting deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
