As a

Software Engineering Manager you are part of our Product, Design, and Engineering organization.

You will be responsible for a team of software engineers, collaborating closely with a Product Manager and Product Designer.

You will drive your team’s objectives and ensure delivery against clear KPIs and defined SLOs.

You will be responsible for the growth and engagement of your team members, supporting their career development, performance management, and recognition through promotions and development plans.

You will be technically involved – contributing to software architecture, troubleshooting, code reviews, and supporting your team in non-critical technical initiatives.

The

Engineering Manager is expected to demonstrate leadership, initiative, and a strong commitment to the company's values and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Mentoring

  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of software engineers.
  • Provide regular feedback and support for career development.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

• Project Delivery

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
  • Collaborate closely with a Product Manager and Product designer and other stakeholders to define priorities and requirements.

• Technical Guidance

  • Guide architectural and design decisions within the team.
  • Review code and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and security.
  • Promote the adoption of modern technologies and methodologies.

• Collaboration & Communication

  • Act as a key point of contact between your team and other departments.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and across the organization.
  • Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new engineers.
