We're looking for a Product Manager to join a crossâfunctional squad focused on building powerful, seamless, and scalable features for finance teams and budget owners. This role sits at a critical intersection of product, finance, and operations â where every decision has the potential to amplify the impact of finance teams by removing uncertainty, reducing compliance risks, and accelerating decisionâmaking.
As a PM, your role is to turn insights into wellâcrafted, shipped products. You will translate customer pain points into clear, actionable inputs for engineering and design, enabling the team to craft the right solutions for our clients and users. You will own the endâtoâend delivery of features â from problem definition to launch â obsessing over quality, usability, and impact at every step. Once delivered, you will work closely with marketing, sales, and finance to shape key messages for our audience and equip account executives with everything they need to successfully bring your product to market.
What You'll Do
- Execute on product initiatives with rigour and craft, ensuring features are discovered and launched with high quality and meaningful impact.
- Translate customer pain points and data insights into clear, structured briefs for engineering and design.
- Partner closely with product designers and engineers throughout the full product development cycle â from discovery to delivery and iteration.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Success, Support) to capture feedback and continuously improve your product area.
- Own prioritisation within your squad, making wellâreasoned tradeâoffs to maximise impact.
- Define and track product success metrics that reflect improvements in customer happiness, adoption, and retention.
- Support goâtoâmarket teams with clear documentation and impactful product launches.
- Develop a strong understanding of our competitive landscape to ensure the features you ship deliver genuine differentiation.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally within B2B SaaS or fintech.
- A strong product craft sensibility â you care deeply about usability, flow, and the small details that make a product feel great to use.
- Ability to understand and structure complex data models, workflows, and backend systems â and turn them into intuitive, highâleverage products.
- Strong analytical mindset â you can balance user feedback with data insights to inform priorities and tradeâoffs, and you're comfortable going deep into the numbers.
- Proven track record of shipping features that streamline workflows and improve productivity for operational or technical users.
- Excellent communication skills â you bring clarity to ambiguity and can articulate crisp problem statements and solution rationale to your squad and stakeholders.
- Curiosity for (or handsâon experience with) finance concerns such as budgeting or spend policies.
- Entrepreneurial spirit â you take ownership, move with urgency, and don't wait to be told what to do.
Why Join Us
- Build impactful features used daily by finance teams and employees across thousands of businesses in Europe.
- Work on highâimpact problems in a domain that's traditionally underserved by modern product thinking.
- Join a culture that values autonomy, trust, and shipping fast â while never losing sight of quality.
- Grow your craft in a team that takes product seriously.
Benefits
- Flexible onâsite and remote policy.
- Latest Apple equipment â the tools you need to excel.
- Access to Moka.care â for emotional and mental health wellbeing.
- Great office snacks â to fuel your day.
- A positive team to work with daily!
We also offer locationâspecific benefits tailored to each market, including health insurance, wellness allowances, commuter support, meal vouchers, and gym memberships â ensuring you're well supported wherever you're based.
