Overview

You will build and qualify pipeline aligned to our ICP, owning the top of the funnel.

You’ll research target accounts, run outbound outreach, and qualify opportunities before passing them to Account Executives.

Trained from day one to become an Account Executive, you will prove your readiness through consistently meeting pipeline targets.

This is a high-growth role with a clear path to closing, ideal for someone eager to level up quickly in a supportive, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

  • Research ICP-fit prospects by industry, size, role, and signals
  • Build and maintain targeted, clean account lists
  • Execute outbound outreach via email, calls, and Linked In to generate qualified meetings
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ICP criteria before routing
  • Schedule discovery meetings and ensure smooth handoffs to sales
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline
  • Log activity and lead status in CRM (Salesforce, Hub Spot)
  • Test and refine messaging and cadences to improve conversions
  • Shadow Account Executives on discovery calls, demos, and negotiations
  • Complete AE training and progressively take on closing responsibilities
  • Share ICP feedback with sales, marketing, and product
  • Key requirements
  • 2+ years in a BDR/SDR, sales, or customer-facing role in tech/Saa S
  • Record of hitting or exceeding activity or pipeline targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable starting conversations with new prospects
  • Organized and disciplined with high-volume outreach
  • Curious, coachable, and resilient to rejection
  • Ambitious and self-driven with goal to become Account Executive
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Outreach, Apollo)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
