Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers through ERP integration onboarding, ensuring proper configuration aligned with their accounting requirements.
- Provide expert consultation on NetSuite and other supported ERP systems, leveraging deep product knowledge to optimize implementations.
- Apply knowledge of regional accounting specifics (particularly France and Germany) to fast‐track onboarding.
- Ensure accurate configuration of accounting integrations to prevent errors and optimize workflows.
- Collaborate with external partners and specialists for complex ERP cases.
- Consult with the new‐business sales team on custom integration discussions to accelerate deal closure and support long‐term success.
- Drive customer success, reducing time‐to‐value and increasing satisfaction.
- Document best practices and configuration scenarios to support scalable onboarding.
Qualifications
- Deep accounting knowledge in France, Germany, UK with understanding of regional compliance.
- Extensive hands‐on NetSuite experience (configuration, customization, best practices). Priority requirement.
- Experience with enterprise accounting tools (Business Central, Sage Intacct, DATEV, Sage 100, ACD).
- Customer‐facing experience in consulting or solutions roles; ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills for integration challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in French and English.
- Adaptability to fast‐paced environment and evolving integration requirements.
- Proficiency in creating clear documentation for integration processes.
