Spendesk is at a pivotal moment of transformation. Under the leadership of our new CEO Axel Demazy and VP of Marketing Ollie Bryden, we are building a world-class organisation poised for our next growth phase. We are approaching profitability and you will join a refreshed, high-caliber leadership team that is continuing to expand Spendesk's large footprint over Europe. In this role, you will report to the Head of Growth and work across the GTM org to drive forward our core Growth KPIs. What you’ll be doing

  • Strategy & Execution
    • Develop comprehensive demand generation strategies that align with our business objectives.
    • Create and implement engaging multi-channel campaigns incorporating SEO, paid search and ABM approaches.
    • Design effective lead scoring and nurturing flows that drive conversion.
    • Plan and execute targeted programmes for key market segments.
  • Campaign Excellence
    • Craft compelling marketing campaigns that resonate across email, content, and digital channels.
    • Develop messaging that speaks directly to our different audience segments.
    • Make smart decisions about budget allocation to maximise pipeline impact.
    • Oversee and optimise search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to support pipeline generation efforts.
    • Coordinate targeted advertising efforts to amplify campaign performance.
  • Data & Optimisation
    • Monitor and analyse demand generation metrics to uncover insights and opportunities.
    • Use marketing automation tools to track engagement and enhance targeting.
    • Run thoughtful A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance.
    • Measure and report on programme effectiveness across all channels.
  • Collaboration
    • Partner closely with our sales team to ensure smooth opportunity handover.
    • Work hand-in-hand with product marketing to craft compelling value propositions.
    • Connect with the wider marketing team to maintain consistent messaging.
    • Partner with field marketing teams to align campaign strategies and share insights across regions.
    • Coordinate with marketing ops to build robust tracking and reporting.

Your impact

  • Working closely with our talented marketing team, you will drive paid channel performance and spend optimisation.
  • Work with our content team to improve SEO performance and organic growth metrics.
  • Design and execute targeted campaigns that resonate with key decision-makers.
  • Improve funnel conversion rates (Lead:Opportunity) with CRM campaigns.
  • Work across channels and our website to drive incremental gains through AB testing.

What we are looking for

  • A proven track record (3+ years) in B2B demand generation.
  • Strong command of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • A data-driven mindset with sharp analytical skills.
  • Sound working knowledge of B2B marketing principles and UK market dynamics.
  • Experience with SEO, paid search, and ABM strategies.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Has a strong bias for action and a growth mindset.
  • Is comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Is genuinely curious about what makes marketing campaigns successful.
