Spendesk is proud to have reached profitability and is entering an exciting new phase of growth. Under the leadership of our CEO Axel Demazy and VP of Marketing Ollie Bryden, we’re building a world‑class organisation, poised to achieve even greater success across Europe. You’ll be joining a high‑caliber team that’s expanding Spendesk’s already significant footprint. In this role, you’ll report to the Head of Content & Field Marketing and collaborate closely with our Regional Sales team to drive pipeline growth in your target market. If you’re ambitious, driven, and have 3+ years’ experience in regional marketing, field marketing, or demand generation, we want you to help us continue reaching, and exceeding, our growth targets.
What you’ll be doing
- Regional campaigns: Own localised field marketing campaign roadmap for target regions, working directly with the content and growth teams to brief. Deliver well thought‑out account‑based marketing campaigns which deliver qualified sales opportunities.
- Event marketing: Lead E2E in‑person and virtual event execution in your region – turning this into a consistent revenue‑generating channel. Implement an event marketing playbook which covers pre, during and post‑event activities. Act as a team lead at events by briefing internal teams, managing communications, and ensuring meaningful customer interactions. Identify co‑partnership opportunities for our event roadmap.
- Research & Insight: Become an expert in the market landscape of the region through field research, including competitor intelligence, market trends and customer research. Analyse closed lost deals, closed won deals and E2E customer journeys in our CRM.
- Lead nurture & email marketing: Design and execute lead nurture strategies that align with different stages of the funnel. Write compelling email marketing content to drive engagement and conversions. Implement best practices for outbound and inbound email marketing.
- Sales & marketing alignment: Work closely with sales teams to ensure a smooth handover of leads and opportunities. Support sales teams with marketing materials and messaging for field events, outreach, and campaign enablement.
- Marketing operations & performance tracking: Utilise HubSpot and Salesforce to track, measure, and optimise campaign effectiveness. Develop regional marketing plans based on data‑driven insights and market trends. Improve forecast performance by understanding demand assumptions and pipeline trends. Own pipeline reporting, ensuring clear visibility of marketing‑influenced opportunities and revenue impact.
Your Impact
Working closely with our talented marketing and sales teams, you’ll:
- Take full ownership of regional marketing performance, ensuring a direct contribution to lead gen, pipeline and revenue growth.
- Foster close collaboration with the sales team, ensuring strong alignment on pipeline generation initiatives.
- Demonstrate deep market knowledge and ICP understanding, conducting field research, interviews, and learning calls to inform content and campaign strategies.
- Drive improvement in outbound and inbound email marketing campaigns.
- Build out strong portfolio of regional marketing assets.
What We’re Looking For
- A proven track record (3+ years) in B2B field marketing (or similar).
- Strong event execution and operational process management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience leading teams at events.
- Strong understanding of lead nurture and email marketing best practices.
- Hands‑on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Strong collaboration skills with sales and marketing teams.
- Deep understanding of ICPs, with a data‑driven approach to campaign strategy.
- Experience with 1:Many / 1:Few ABM strategies.
- Has a strong bias for action and a growth mindset.
- Is confident writing campaign materials and speaking with vendors.
