We are seeking a data analyst focused on Go-to-Market topics to join our team and revolutionise how we deliver value across our entire customer lifecycle through advanced analytics and AI-powered insights. You will work directly with our VPs of Sales, Marketing & Customer Success to optimise the full GTM funnel, predict success patterns across all stages, and drive measurable outcomes. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers our go-to-market initiatives while leveraging AI tools to enhance lead generation, conversion, customer experiences, and retention. You’ll be part of our broader Revenue Operations team, designed to accelerate our growth by working to support all go-to-market teams with operational excellence, insights & data-driven models for better decision making, optimising the use of cutting edge (AI) tools & providing enablement to Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain comprehensive GTM data pipelines covering the entire customer journey from lead generation to retention, ensuring data quality and accessibility across all touch‑points.
  • Build comprehensive dashboards and reporting systems to track lead quality, conversion rates, sales velocity, customer health, usage patterns, and success metrics.
  • Build and maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, Gross Revenue Retention, Net Revenue Retention & churn forecasting models.
  • Develop predictive models to identify high‑quality leads, conversion probability, at‑risk customers, and expansion opportunities.
  • Create automated alerts and workflows based on prospect behaviour, sales activities, and customer engagement data.
  • Implement and optimise AI‑powered tools for lead scoring, customer segmentation, personalisation, and predictive analytics across the full GTM stack.
  • Work with the AI team to develop machine learning models to predict lead conversion, deal closure probability, customer churn, lifetime value, and success probability.
  • Leverage natural language processing to analyse marketing content performance, sales call transcripts, customer feedback, support tickets, and communication patterns for a 360° view of our GTM effectiveness.

Strategic Insights & Reporting

  • Generate actionable insights from GTM data to inform strategic decisions across marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and product development.
  • Prepare executive‑level reports on GTM metrics, trends, and forecasts including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, sales cycle length, and retention metrics.
  • Conduct deep‑dive analyses on market segments, campaign performance, sales effectiveness, product usage, and success patterns.
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership and cross‑functional teams across all GTM functions.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative related field, such as Data Science, Business Analytics or Computer Science.
  • 3+ years of experience in go‑to‑market operations, revenue operations, data analysis, or business intelligence.
  • Strong understanding of GTM metrics (CAC, LTV, MQL/SQL conversion rates, sales cycle length, win rates, NPS, CSAT, churn rate, expansion revenue).
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
  • Experience with automation workflow tools (n8n, Cargo, Clay, Make).
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot), and customer success tools (Gainsight, ChurnZero).
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Preferred: Previous experience in a SaaS or technology company with full‑funnel GTM experience.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse GTM stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross‑functionally across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Curiosity and passion for emerging AI technologies and their applications across the GTM stack.
  • Customer‑centric thinking with focus on driving measurable outcomes across the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities across different GTM functions.
  • Strong project management skills and experience with agile methodologies.
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes, marketing funnels, and customer success frameworks.
