At Spendesk, a fast‑growing AI‑powered spend management and procurement platform, we are looking for a dynamic Full Stack Account Executive to drive revenue growth by managing the entire sales process—from prospecting to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach strategies targeting key decision makers.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads and opportunities to meet acquisition targets.
- Targeted Outreach: Execute personalized outreach campaigns via email, phone, social media, and in‑person meetings to engage prospects.
- Needs Assessment and Solution Alignment: Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and pain points, aligning Spendesk’s solutions to address those needs.
- Sales Presentations and Demos: Deliver compelling presentations and product demos tailored to the prospect’s industry, showcasing value and ROI.
- Objection Handling: Skillfully address and overcome objections, providing clear and persuasive responses to move the sales process forward.
- Closing Deals: Drive the sales process to close, ensuring all legal and financial terms are agreed upon and securing signed contracts.
- Market Research and Feedback: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and prospect feedback to refine acquisition strategies.
- CRM and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM, providing regular updates on acquisition progress.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of professional experience in sales with a strong track record in mid‑market organizations.
- Proven prospecting and closing experience in a competitive SMB landscape with sales cycles between 1‑4 months.
- Commercial mindset: Strong sales instincts, demonstrated assertiveness, autonomy, and a proven record of hitting and exceeding quota.
- Organization & Portfolio Management: Strong organizational skills, disciplined daily activity planning, and the ability to manage a high number of opportunities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication: Written and verbal communication skills in English (French/German optional).
- Customer‑first focus & consultative mindset: Active interest in understanding customer context and pains to position as a business consultant.
