We're working with a well-established property company based in North London. Known for their personal, one-to-one service and deep industry knowledge, they pride themselves on doing things properly – with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

The Role

They’re now looking for an experienced Property Manager to take responsibility for a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the key point of contact for tenants, contractors, and landlords – making sure everything runs smoothly, issues are dealt with promptly, and all compliance is in check.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day operations across a varied property portfolio
  • Handling tenant and contractor communication
  • Organising maintenance, repairs and inspections
  • Ensuring properties meet all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Managing rent collection and financial reporting
