The Role
They’re now looking for an experienced Property Manager to take responsibility for a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the key point of contact for tenants, contractors, and landlords – making sure everything runs smoothly, issues are dealt with promptly, and all compliance is in check.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day operations across a varied property portfolio
- Handling tenant and contractor communication
- Organising maintenance, repairs and inspections
- Ensuring properties meet all legal and regulatory requirements
- Managing rent collection and financial reporting
- Keeping accurate records and documentation
What we’re looking for:
