We’re working with a busy property management company based in North West London. They’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties, including HMOs and council housing. This is a hands-on role where you’ll act as the main point of contact for tenants, landlords, and local councils, managing everything from day-to-day maintenance to compliance, rent arrears and legal documentation.

  • Managing a portfolio of residential units, including HMOs and council housing
  • Coordinating day-to-day maintenance issues and liaising with contractors for repair and refurbishment works
  • Ensuring compliance with EPCs, gas safety, electrical certificates, HMO regulations, and council standards
  • Processing contractor invoices and remittances accurately
  • Keeping digital property files organised and up to date
  • Arranging appointments for inspections, surveys, and council visits
  • Instructing property inspections and sharing reports with landlords
  • Instructing legal teams to serve Section 21, Section 8, and other notices
  • Applying for HMO licences with the relevant local authority
