A boutique commercial asset management practice based in NW London is looking to hire an experienced and capable Asset Manager to join their close-knit and expanding team. This unique role is focused on strategic asset management, unlocking value across a varied, nationwide commercial portfolio.
As part of a small and highly collaborative team, you\’ll work directly with landlords, tenants, and agents to manage lease events and drive performance. Landlord and tenant work is a core part of this position, so strong experience in this area is essential. You\’ll handle rent reviews, lease renewals, and lease re-gears independently, (with support available) as well as identifying opportunities for value creation through development angles and proactive asset planning.
You will be working as part of a team of senior professionals with a chance to learn and gain from their experience and a chance to develop professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead rent reviews, lease renewals, lease re-gears, and other landlord & tenant matters
- Identify and deliver value-add initiatives, such as development opportunities, lease restructuring, or strategic repositioning of assets
- Work closely with tenants, external agents, and other professional advisors to enhance asset value
- Prepare and support client reporting where needed
- Assist with sourcing and onboarding new clients as the business grows
- Attend site visits, tenant meetings, and negotiations as required

- Experience in commercial property asset management or relevant experience and looking to move into Asset management
- Proven experience managing landlord & tenant matters (especially rent reviews and lease renewals)
- Confident handling negotiations and managing stakeholder relationships
- Self-sufficient and proactive, prepared to take ownership of work
- A strong team player with a collaborative mindset and prepared to interest in growing within a small business
- Commercially minded, with a good understanding of how to unlock and drive asset value
- Willingness to represent the company professionally and help bring in new clients
