We are working with a growing property management company based in North West London who are looking to bring in a reliable and organised Property Administrator to support their day-to-day operations. This is a junior, office-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys structure, variety, and being part of a close-knit team. You’ll be working closely with the senior manager and will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the senior manager
- Monitoring incoming calls, managing diaries, and coordinating maintenance bookings
- Logging jobs accurately and ensuring they are scheduled, followed up, and closed correctly
- Liaising with contractors and tenants where required
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times
The Ideal Candidate

This role is fully office-based and not suitable for remote working.

- Monday–Thursday: 9:30am–4:00pm
- Friday: 9:30am–2:30pm (9:30am–12:30pm during winter months)
- Salary: £27,000
