Our client is an established property business based in North West London and is seeking a proactive Operations & Executive Assistant to support one of the business owners.
This is a varied role that combines executive support with operational coordination.
The successful candidate will become a key member of the business, helping to improve efficiency, coordinate projects and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
The role would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's diary, meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Act as a gatekeeper, prioritising emails, calls and correspondence.
- Monitor operational projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Follow up with internal staff and external suppliers on outstanding actions.
- Prepare reports, presentations and business documents.
- Assist with operational planning and implementation of new processes.
- Organise meetings and record actions where required.
- Coordinate suppliers, contractors and service providers.
- Assist with office management and general business administration.
- Support with invoice approvals and operational paperwork.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency across the business.
- Undertake ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
About You
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Operations Assistant.
- Exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders.
- Proactive with a natural ability to solve problems.
- Able to work independently and use initiative.
- Experience within property is beneficial but not essential.
