Job Description
Office & Operations Administrator
We’re working with a well-established property management company based in NW London who are looking to hire an Operations Support Assistant to join their busy team. This is a key support role reporting directly to the Head of Operations and providing assistance across the business.
This role would suit someone highly organised and proactive, who enjoys variety in their day and can juggle multiple priorities with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls, redirecting as needed and passing on messages (including distributing voicemails)
- Handling incoming and outgoing post, emails, and couriers
- General administrative tasks including printing, scanning, filing, and data entry
- Greeting and welcoming visitors, and offering refreshments
- Supporting the team with office coordination:
- Arranging office repairs
- Liaising with the office cleaner
- Maintaining stock levels for office supplies
- Keeping the reception and meeting rooms tidy and presentable
- Running local errands, including occasional banking
- Basic IT support (e.g., troubleshooting and liaising with external providers if necessary)
- Admin support for the Head of Operations and Directors
- Overseeing the internal key system (including key cutting and tracking)
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a busy office environment
- Confident, proactive, and organised with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication skills and a helpful, team-oriented attitude
- Able to take initiative and manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
Location: NW London
Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Full-time, office based
