Our client, a growing property management company based in North West London, is looking to hire a Property Administrator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone organised and reliable who is looking to build a career within property, with full training provided. Working closely with the senior manager, the successful candidate will support the day-to-day administration of the office and help ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the senior manager with general administrative duties
- Monitoring incoming calls, diaries, and maintenance bookings
- Ensuring jobs are logged, scheduled, followed up, and closed correctly
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service when dealing with tenants and contractors
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A calm, structured approach to work
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload efficiently
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Previous office or property experience is beneficial but not essential
This is an office-based role and would not be suitable for someone looking for remote working.
Hours, Salary & Location
- 33 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday: 9:30am – 4:30pm
- Friday: 9:30am – 3:30pm (winter) / 9:30am – 12:30pm (summer)
- Salary: £24k -£27k pro rata (equivalent to approx. £27,000 - £30,500 full-time)
