Our client, a growing property management company based in North West London, is looking to hire a Property Administrator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone organised and reliable who is looking to build a career within property, with full training provided. Working closely with the senior manager, the successful candidate will support the day-to-day administration of the office and help ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting the senior manager with general administrative duties
  • Monitoring incoming calls, diaries, and maintenance bookings
  • Ensuring jobs are logged, scheduled, followed up, and closed correctly
  • Maintaining a high standard of customer service when dealing with tenants and contractors

Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload efficiently
  • Reliable and able to work independently
  • Previous office or property experience is beneficial but not essential

This is an office-based role and would not be suitable for someone looking for remote working.

Hours, Salary & Location

  • 33 hours per week
  • Monday to Thursday: 9:30am – 4:30pm
  • Friday: 9:30am – 3:30pm (winter) / 9:30am – 12:30pm (summer)
  • Salary: £24k -£27k pro rata (equivalent to approx. £27,000 - £30,500 full-time)
  • Location: North West London
