Our client, a fast-growing fintech and merchant services provider, is seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Sales Executive to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants structured training, long-term development, and the chance to earn strong commission from day one.
You will be joining a company preparing to scale significantly, offering card payment solutions across the UK. Full product training is provided; no prior experience in merchant services is required.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and generating new business leads
- Making outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to book appointments and introduce the company's payment solutions
- Learning how to qualify prospects, understand their needs, and present suitable solutions
- Meeting achievable KPIs for outreach, pipeline creation, and conversions
- Working closely with the senior sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client setup
