Fire Alarm Engineer

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established fire safety company that is looking for an Intermediate-Level Fire Alarm Engineer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to work across residential and commercial properties in London, providing high-quality installation, maintenance, and servicing of fire detection and alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, servicing, and maintenance of fire alarm and fire detection systems
  • Small repairs and fault-finding on fire alarm systems
  • Commissioning of new fire alarm installations
  • Testing and maintenance of emergency lighting systems
  • Carrying out minor electrical repairs
  • Working independently or as part of a team on assigned projects
  • Traveling across London using a company-provided vehicle (or own vehicle if preferred)

Requirements:

  • Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
  • 17th Edition qualification or equivalent (essential)
  • Previous experience working in the fire alarm and fire safety sector
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision
  • Good communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach

Salary & Benefits:

  • £38,000 – £48,000 per annum (depending on experience)
