Our client, a fast-growing fintech and merchant services provider, is seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Sales Executive to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants structured training, long-term development, and the chance to earn strong commission from day one.

You will be joining a company preparing to scale significantly, offering card payment solutions across the UK. Full product training is provided — no prior experience in merchant services is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and generating new business leads
  • Making outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to book appointments and introduce the company’s payment solutions
  • Learning how to qualify prospects, understand their needs, and present suitable solutions
  • Meeting achievable KPIs for outreach, pipeline creation, and conversions
  • Working closely with the senior sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client setup
  • Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems and managing follow-ups
  • Representing the business with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
