Bookkeeper/ Accounts\\n\\nWere working with a long-established and growing property management company based in North London who are looking for an experienced Accounts / Bookkeeping Coordinator to join their friendly, office-based team.\\n\\nThey manage a large UK-wide property portfolio and have built a positive, collaborative working culture over the past 30+ years. The role offers a mix of core bookkeeping duties and commercial exposure, including monthly reporting, reconciliation work, and financial analysis.\\n\\nRole Overview:\\n\\nThe successful candidate will take responsibility for a broad range of finance duties including invoicing, statements, reconciliations, and reporting on bad debts. There's strong collaboration with the wider team and training will be provided on internal systems.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * Overseeing accounts payable and receivable\\n\\n * Creating and sending invoices, statements, and remittances\\n\\n * Bank and rent reconciliation across the portfolio\\n\\n * Providing financial analysis and insight to operational teams\\n\\n * Preparing reports on overdue accounts and bad debts\\n\\n * Investigating and resolving finance queries internally\\n\\n * Supporting compliance with internal credit policies\\n\\n * Data analysis and sharing insights with relevant departments\\n\\nRequirements\\n\\n * 2+ years experience in a similar accounts or bookkeeping role\\n\\n * Solid knowledge of accounting processes\\n\\n * Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies\\n\\n * Good communication skills both written and verbal\\n\\n * Ability to stay organised and meet deadlines under pressure\\n\\n * A proactive and analytical mindset\\n\\nOther Details:\\n\\n * Monday – Friday, 9:15am – 5:30pm\\n\\n * Salary: £36,000 – £46,000 depending on experience\\n\\n * KPI-related bonuses\\n\\n * Career progression opportunities\\n\\n * Regular team events
