An established and growing commercial property management and investment firm based in Central London is looking for a capable Accounts Assistant to support its busy finance department. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day accounting for a portfolio of commercial properties
- Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate records of income and expenditure
- Support in the preparation of service charge accounts and client reporting
- Liaise with property managers and external stakeholders regarding financial queries
- Assist in month-end and year-end reporting
- Ad-hoc financial administration and support as required
Requirements:
