Key Responsibilities- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and thank them genuinely upon departure.
- Anticipate and respond promptly and courteously to all guest requests and needs, including offering assistance, providing directions, or addressing minor issues.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to confidently answer guest inquiries about the facility, local area, and offerings.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with patience and diplomacy, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Perform open and close procedures efficiently and accurately, in front of the house.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all public areas, including dining areas and restrooms.
- Support food and beverage service, including preparation, serving, and clearing, in accordance with established standards.
- Process payments and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and hygiene standards.
- Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g., Kitchen, Management) to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Attend all scheduled team meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain a positive and appropriate demeanor with colleagues at all times.
- Proactively assist teammates during peak periods or when other areas require support.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
