Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and thank them genuinely upon departure.
  • Anticipate and respond promptly and courteously to all guest requests and needs, including offering assistance, providing directions, or addressing minor issues.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to confidently answer guest inquiries about the facility, local area, and offerings.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns with patience and diplomacy, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Perform open and close procedures efficiently and accurately, in front of the house.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all public areas, including dining areas and restrooms.
  • Support food and beverage service, including preparation, serving, and clearing, in accordance with established standards.
  • Process payments and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and hygiene standards.
Teamwork and Communication
  • Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g., Kitchen, Management) to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Attend all scheduled team meetings and training sessions.
  • Maintain a positive and appropriate demeanor with colleagues at all times.
