This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Associate (Solicitor) based in Greater London, with a mix of both office-based and remote work. The Senior Associate will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice, managing complex client matters, and managing the team.

Qualifications

  • Strong legal expertise and proficiency in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Conveyancing
  • Excellent drafting skills to manage complex legal documents effectively
  • Proven experience in client relationship management and business development
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years' post-qualification experience in a Real Estate (both Commercial and Residential preferable but Residential experience is essential)
  • Adaptability to hybrid working models and commitment to continuous professional growth
