Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Solicitor/Caseworker role based in London.
The role involves managing a varied caseload of immigration matters, including advising clients on UK immigration rules, visa applications, settlement, citizenship, and related compliance issues.
The successful candidate will prepare and review legal documents, draft detailed representations, and submit applications to the Home Office and other relevant authorities.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal research, assessing eligibility, gathering and verifying client documentation, and maintaining accurate case files and records.
The role also requires regular client communication in both English and Mandarin, participation in client meetings, collaboration with colleagues across practice areas, and contribution to business development and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Strong foundation in Law, with experience handling immigration matters and advising individual and business clients on UK immigration procedures.
Fluency in Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting documents and advising clients.
Qualified solicitor or experienced immigration caseworker with relevant accreditation or registration (e. g., SRA-regulated solicitor or OISC-accredited advisor).
