The successful candidate will be confident working independently, comfortable supporting a high-volume partner-led practice, and capable of handling sensitive and complex client matters with discretion and judgment. The fee share offered will depend on experience, level of autonomy, and contribution to the practice.

      • Wills and estate planning
      • Probate and estate administration
      • Trust creation, administration, and advisory work
      • Family wealth structuring and succession planning
  • Partner & Practice Support
    • Work closely with the Partner to support a busy and client-facing practice
    • Take ownership of delegated matters to ensure timely progression and delivery
    • Assist with client onboarding, scoping, and fee discussions where appropriate
    • Help manage workflow efficiently and proactively
  • Client Care & Business Development
    • Deliver pragmatic, commercially focused advice to a diverse client base
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships
    • Contribute to repeat instructions and referrals
    • Participate in business development and networking activities as appropriate

Fee Share & Remuneration

  • The role is offered on a fee-share consultancy basis
  • Fee share percentage will depend on experience, seniority, and level of independence
  • Scope to increase fee share over time as contribution and billings grow
  • Earnings directly reflect work generated and completed

Required Experience & Skills

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • Strong experience in disputes and/or private client work
  • Experience handling wills and estate disputes and general civil litigation
  • Comfortable dealing with complex, sensitive, and high-value matters, including those with international elements
