Role Description We are seeking a motivated Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year’s PQE to join our Commercial Litigation Team . This full-time, remote role is ideal for someone who is proactive, personable, and passionate about making a difference for clients. Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of commercial litigation matters independently and effectively. Build strong relationships with clients, offering clear, practical, and tailored advice. Draft high-quality court documents, pleadings, and correspondence with precision. Take a proactive approach to problem-solving, case strategy, and resolution. Represent clients in negotiations and, where necessary, in court. Demonstrate a genuine desire to help people, ensuring their best interests are always at the forefront. Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE, preferably with experience in commercial litigation. Strong drafting, communication, and advocacy skills. Ability to manage cases and clients autonomously. Friendly and approachable personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
