Spencer & Thurlow is partnering with a fast-growing financial services business to appoint an exceptional Executive Assistant supporting two senior members of the leadership team. This is a high-impact role within a fast-paced, ambitious organisation and would suit an accomplished EA who enjoys operating at senior level, bringing structure to competing priorities and working as a trusted partner to the executives they support.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support across complex diary and travel management, meeting preparation, stakeholder coordination and wider operational priorities. You’ll be joining a collaborative, high-performing environment where initiative, judgement and the ability to anticipate are genuinely valued.
The role
Working closely with two C-suite/senior executives, you will take ownership of their day-to-day organisation and help ensure their time and priorities are managed effectively.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing complex and frequently changing diaries across multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics
- Preparing agendas, briefing materials, presentations and meeting documentation
- Ensuring actions, decisions and deadlines arising from leadership meetings are captured and followed through
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders across the business
- Coordinating recurring leadership meetings, business reviews and off-sites
- Anticipating requirements and resolving diary, travel and operational issues before they become problems
- Supporting the executives across wider administrative and operational priorities
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and create greater efficiency
- Working closely with teams across the wider business to ensure key priorities continue to move forward
About You
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who has previously supported C-suite or similarly senior stakeholders within a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You will be comfortable managing competing demands, exercising judgement independently and working with highly confidential information.
You are Likely to Bring:
- Strong experience supporting C-suite or senior executive stakeholders
- Previous experience supporting multiple senior individuals simultaneously
- Excellent complex diary and international travel management experience
- Confidence preparing high-quality presentations, documents and briefing materials
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and the confidence to communicate at all levels
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive approach and the ability to anticipate rather than simply react
- Sound judgement, discretion and professionalism
- The ability to remain calm and effective when priorities change
- A high level of ownership and willingness to get involved wherever required
