Position Overview

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our global Dayforce practice .

Responsibilities

  • Dayforce Payroll implementation build and configuration
  • Must understand UK legislation and ideally Irish legislation
  • Troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, with the ability to investigate configuration issues across Payroll workflows and employee data.
  • Implementation/deployment experience, including requirements gathering, configuration, SIT/UAT support, defect triage, cutover, and hypercare.
  • Client-facing consulting skills: ability to run workshops, challenge requirements, document decisions and guide business users.

Nice To Have(s)

  • Ireland payroll legislation experience

Duration

This is a project-based consulting opportunity with an immediate start date and 3-month duration with the possibility of extending.
