Job Summary
The Inside Sales Lead is responsible for generating new and cultivating existing business with our 500+ transactional accounts. This position involves cold calling, following up on leads, handling inquiries, providing estimates, and closing sales. The Inside Sales Lead reports to the Sr. Director of Growth Services and is part of the Growth team. The ideal candidate should be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to increase revenue. This role is based at Spencer Technologies’ headquarters in Medway, MA.
Core Duties
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls and emails.
- Research accounts to identify key players and generate interest.
- Present effectively to prospects.
