As we define our approach to leadership development, our Methodologies team plays a central role in enabling us to develop, test, and scale state-of-the-art leadership development offerings that are relevant to current and emerging client needs. The Solutions Specialist - Leadership Development Methodologies is leading the design and evolution of our leadership development approaches in collaboration with practitioners across the globe.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with the Methodologies Lead and team to develop, standardize and maintain leadership development approaches and programs that are robust, adaptable, and responsive to evolving client needs.
- Leading defined workstreams and sprints in partnership with practitioners in the field, including conducting SWOT analysis of existing offerings and stakeholder interviews.
- Shaping a clear point of view on leadership development, including personal transformation, and testing these ideas with key clients and potential participants.
- Identifying and evaluating potential external partnerships to strengthen or extend our offerings through collaboration or acquisition.
- Designing standardized program frames that can form a scalable basis for client specific solutions.
- Building and curating a comprehensive library of content and interventions to support the design of leadership development programs.
- Defining and codifying an integrated approach to executive coaching aligned with broader leadership development methodologies.
- Collaborating with the Spencer Stuart Technology team to ensure our technology solutions effectively support and reflect the underlying methodologies.
- Partnering with practitioners on flagship client engagements, helping to elevate our leadership development approach while gaining insight into client challenges, priorities, and market trends.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Five or more years of experience in leadership development, leadership advisory or other professional services settings.
- An advanced degree from a highly competitive university in Organizational psychology or related field.
- Certification or experience using psychometrics, such as Hogan, OPQ or Sova PQ.
ADVANTAGEOUS EXPERIENCE
- PhD in Organizational Psychology or related field.
- Coaching Certification.
- Direct interaction or experience with executive-level clients.
