We are seeking a highly skilled 3rd Line Technical Support Analyst to join a global London Market Insurance Company. Working within a small and collaborative dedicated UK team, the ideal candidate will come from a background of supporting environments which cover Microsoft, Insurance and Azure Services. You will be providing support across the business from white glove VIP support to executives to AV support for Microsoft based conference rooms.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 3rd line technical support, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with IT teams to enhance system performance.
- Document processes, and guiding best practices across the infrastructure function.
- Resolve complex issues, escalated by 1st and 2nd line engineers.
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals.
Skills & Requirements:
- Similar IT support role, ideally within financial services or insurance.
- Worked within a Microsoft Azure environment.
- Experience with network troubleshooting (switches, routers, firewalls).
- Familiar with DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, remote desktop tools, and support desk software.
This 3rd Line Technical Support Analyst is paying an annual salary up to £65,000 and will include 25 days core annual leave, and you can buy up to 5 days. Pension is up to 14%, Private Medical & Dental cover for yourself and family members/dependants can be added. There is a Flex Fund: £1,000, Electric Car Scheme, Study Support, Season Ticket Loan and multiple volunteering days.
