Lead C# Software Engineer wanted by a Remote Scale-Up Software Company, that is transforming aviation risk management software through incredible data, technology, expertise and innovation. Their data-driven approach fuses broad-spectrum open-source data, AI technology and world-leading analysis to deliver instant situational intelligence which in turn allows their clients to make dynamic, well-informed decisions about their risks as they emerge and change.
You’d be joining a company who has achieved a lot in their six years, having a number of B2B / SaaS based products which calculate risk. The team is established and you’d join a Scale-Up, with all the excitement but with the financial stability too, which is often lacking.
The new Engineering Lead will need to be very much hands on, someone that is still very much close to the code as you’ll join and lead by example a small team of 4 other Software Developers with a technology stack that includes C# .Net, Azure and React!
This is a hands on Lead Software Engineering role where the ideal candidate will have deep commercial experience with C# .Net, ReactJS, Agile and Azure Cloud, .NET WebAPI, and database technologies. We’re looking for strong knowledge of software engineering principles such as unit testing, change management control and SOLID Design Principles.
Remote working but you would need to be UK based, the team comes together every 3 months for some collaboration. The successful Lead C# Software Engineer will earn up to £90,000 and in addition there are exceptional benefits which come as part of the overall package including: fully remote working, bonus, pension, training budget, travel loans and numerous soft leisurely benefits.
