EUC Engineers are wanted by an established FinTech software company, who build risk assessment products for the Insurance, ReInsurance and Pensions markets. We’re looking for an experienced EUC Engineer with strong Microsoft Intune and Endpoint management expertise to join a growing IT engineering function focused on delivering a secure, scalable, and modern workplace environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving endpoint security, driving automation, reducing operational overheads, and enhancing the end-user experience across a complex enterprise environment.

You’ll play a key role in the engineering, configuration, automation, and continuous improvement of a modern device management ecosystem supporting approximately 1,400 users across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms. Key areas of focus include:

  • Microsoft Intune administration and engineering
  • Windows Autopilot deployment and lifecycle management
  • Endpoint governance, compliance, and vulnerability reduction
  • Application packaging, deployment, and automated patching
  • PowerShell scripting and automation
  • Windows 11, Entra ID, Conditional Access, and modern device management
  • Endpoint security baselines and secure-by-default principles
  • Supporting Zero Trust and modern workplace initiatives

Experience with technologies such as Patch My PC, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, macOS management, and ITIL-aligned environments would be highly beneficial. The successful EUC Engineer will earn up to £60,000 and in addition there are exceptional benefits which come as part of the overall package including: generous bonus, 9% pension contribution, training budget, travel loans and numerous soft leisurely benefits. Based from the company's Central London HQ, the team normally collaborate 2 days a week on-site.
