DevOps Engineers with knowledge around Azure and PaaS are wanted to become a big part of the systems team within a well-known FinTech company. You'll be involved in a new suite of Quantum Computing products which will be used by millions daily in the financial sector, working together with product teams and delivering highly scalable infrastructure and pipelines. This company likes to give responsibility out, so you will be involved in decision making on tech/projects and having a real influence on the product. Working to a fully remote setup, the team are based across the UK and meet up in London once a year for a social get-together.
Requirements:
- You have a strong knowledge of Azure / Azure DevOps
- You have experience with Kubernetes, AKS would also be great but you can pick this up on the job
- You have a good knowledge of IaC principles, they're using Pulumi but Terraform experience is fine
- You have strong PowerShell or Python scripting skills
- You have experience administering CI systems, creating build configurations and pipelines (Azure, TeamCity, MSBuild)
- You have a good understanding of Networking e.g. TCP/IP, LAN/WAN
- You are familiar with the Microsoft .Net development environment
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
The successful Azure DevOps Engineer will earn up to £65,000 and in addition there are exceptional benefits which come as part of the overall package including: 15% bonus, pension, training budget, weekly team lunches, travel loans and numerous soft leisurely benefits.
