Infrastructure Engineers wanted to work across a predominantly Azure-based environment with some on-premise systems. The role is hands-on and focuses on supporting, improving, and modernising infrastructure across multiple offices and cloud platforms, with an emphasis on automation, AI potential, and forward-thinking solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining secure, reliable, and high-performing infrastructure across compute, storage, networking, and cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Designing standardised templates to enable self-service cloud use.
- Automating repetitive tasks and ensuring best practices in areas like identity management, patching, and disaster recovery.
- Participating in a 24/7 on-call rota (1 week in every 10), managing incidents through to resolution, performing root cause analysis, and acting as a second-line escalation point.
- Collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and the Security Operations Centre on threat detection and response.
Technical Overview:
- Proven experience managing infrastructure within a DevOps environment, including the use of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), automation, and enterprise monitoring/reporting tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Zabbix, and Azure Monitor.
- Strong experience administering Linux servers.
- Proven experience with Cisco, Meraki & Palo Alto.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, along with at least one other cloud platform (AWS or Google Cloud).
- Solid understanding of IP-based networking, including WAN technologies, virtualisation, cloud platforms, DHCP/DNS, Microsoft 365, and SAN/NAS storage solutions.
- Experience with modern event and log management systems, alerting frameworks, and workflow automation tools such as Power Automate, Azure Log Analytics, and Azure Monitor.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of infrastructure issues, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver effective and sustainable solutions aligned with business needs.

Working on a hybrid model, the team goes on-site 2 days a week in the modern Central London hub. Your colleagues will also be on-site, so there is some meaning, collaboration and meaning. It will be a 2 stage interview process, which has been designed to be as quick and pain free as possible.
