The team works remotely and meets up a few times a year in the London HQ. You’ll be joining a well-known brand, company, and a successful team. Most importantly, you will be working very closely with a hugely talented team which we’ve had the pleasure of building over the past 24 months.

You’ll work alongside talented engineers, designers, and product thinkers who care deeply about code quality and great user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- 7+ years of professional WordPress development experience

- Confident using Git, branching workflows, and Agile project tools like JIRA
- Experience leading or delivering microservice projects end-to-end
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals, caching strategies, and query optimisation
- Comfort with WP-Cron, WP-CLI, and writing custom commands
- Great communication skills — you’ll be working remotely with a distributed team
- Strong debugging skills (Chrome DevTools is your friend)
- A curious, resourceful problem-solver who enjoys figuring things out
