They have a culture of learning and have an unwritten rule that if you find a course, certification, meet-up, book etc.. that will make you a better Developer, they will always find funding for that.
This company likes to give responsibility out, so you will be involved in decision making on tech / projects and having a real influence on the product. The vast amount of work is Vue.js based. However, as they are still young, you’ll be able to make a case for using any technology you think would help.
Technical Overview:
- Hands-on skills with JavaScript, Vue.js, Vue3.
- The ability to implement features without depending on frameworks.
- Experience measuring and optimising the performance of web applications.
- Automated UI testing experience.
