Product Designer wanted by a Remote Scale-Up Software Company, that is transforming aviation risk management software through incredible data, technology, expertise and innovation. Their data-driven approach fuses broad-spectrum open-source data, AI technology and world-leading analysis to deliver instant situational intelligence which in turn allows their clients to make dynamic, well-informed decisions about their risks as they emerge and change.

You’d be joining a company who has achieved a lot in their six years, having a number of B2B / SaaS based products which calculate risk. The team is established and you’d join a Scale-Up, with all the excitement but with the financial stability too, which is often lacking.

We’re seeking an exceptional Product Designer who thrives on creating innovative, user-centred design solutions for enterprise applications. As a Product Designer, you will work at the intersection of AI, engineering, and design, shaping intuitive workflows for expert users in complex systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll develop cutting-edge 2D and 3D interfaces that address real-world challenges and push the boundaries of user-centred design.

Technical Overview:
  • Proven experience in product design, ideally within digital or AI-driven environments
  • Strong end-to-end design capability (research, ideation, prototyping, delivery)
  • A user-first mindset with the ability to translate complex challenges into intuitive solutions
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams

This is an opportunity to shape the future of intelligent products within a company that is scaling rapidly and investing heavily in innovation. You’ll have the autonomy to experiment, influence product direction, and make a real impact.

Remote working but you would need to be UK based, the team comes together every 3 months for some collaboration. This is normally in London and will involve a fun day / event.

The successful Product Designer will earn up to £60,000 and in addition there are exceptional benefits which come as part of the overall package including: fully remote working, bonus, pension, training budget, travel loans and numerous soft leisurely benefits.
